After the last two years, I have made the decision to move to online ordering only permanently.

Payments can be made with a credit/debit card by selecting "Checkout with Paypal", at the bottom of the page you will be given an option to pay with a credit or debit card

NOTE:  You DO NOT need a Paypal account to process your online payment.  Just select the yellow PAYPAL CHECKOUT button, and you will be given a "PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD" option.  

OR you can select the "offline payment" option and select one of the two options there.
